Beauxdooney nutrition was set up in 2010 with the vision to help empower farmers. With so many different opinions and advice in today’s dairy industry its important farmers still have control.
Following five years in University College Dublin finishing with a degree in animal science and genetics I came to New Zealand with the chance to work in the genetic and nutrition trial industry, this helped give me insight to the potential of the New Zealand dairy industry. For the last 8 years I have been consulting all over the south and north island of New Zealand before starting my own company in 2010.
Supplementary feeding is quickly becoming a strong footprint in today’s industry; with high feed prices and fluctuating pay-]outs its essential for farmers to drive production for profit and efficiency relative to the best system for their farm.
